The Leonard Florence Center for Living will become reality through private, public, foundation and corporate gifts – one by one – from caring donors who recognize the value of the pioneering nature and value of the Leonard Florence Center for Living. Unlike any other skilled nursing facility in the country, the LFCL is set to change the face of nursing home care in an urban setting.
Funding is needed to support the costs of bricks and mortar, as well as for designing and developing technology, furnishings, and providing the award-winning skilled and supportive care for which Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home is noted. Groundbreaking is scheduled for mid-2008.
We welcome participation by those who recognize the need and understand the impact their funds will have. We invite you to join the effort. Donate Now!
The Center offers gifting possibilities with recognition in perpetuity, ranging from leaves on the Tree of Life in the central lobby to major gift opportunities such as an entire Residence or the inspirational Chapel that promises to become the heart of LFCL.
We invite you to join the effort to build and maintain this unique institution. Consider the following:

$500,000 to $1 million – an Individual Green House®
